Whether you need a specific fold for your laundry, you’re limited in space, you have particular problems with stains, or you just need some items pressed, WE CAN HANDLE IT!
Our Niche was formed out of our clients needs to have special services performed. It became evident that small "mom & pop" operations were not reliable enough and the large laundries didn't want to take the time necessary to perform special services.
We are not able to provide you with details relating to our entire spectrum of services and offers, however we can provide you with general information regarding some of the services we are capeable of.
Customized Services:
One of our local hospitals use our services in addition to their “big volume” laundry provider. The hospital has a division that required larger sizes and upscale linens. Their normal laundry provider can't handle their needs and so we were brought in to accomplish the task! We customized our services to fit their needs, and at the same time it allows them to save money.
Additionally, one of Colorado Springs’ largest service organizations has utilized our services for nearly ten years and we continue to help them save money in a number of different ways. Again, the "big volume" laundry providers can't, or won't provide the services they needed. We were brought in to provide specialized services which help them to free up resources so they do not have to deal with extra employees along with vacations, sick leave, and things like facility infrastructure, etc. Our approach is to help our clients discover ways to save money, and at the same time, provide the services they want. They are free to run their businesses as they wish as opposed to operating with a limited selection of options.
We have many clients who are medical and surgery centers that have their own articles to be cleaned. We established a tracking system that allows us to launder their products separately from others, meet their time schedules and provide services like cleaning lab coats and scrubs.
